Yo Yo Yo!!!!! yes...i am back from the camp in school..cheers!!!!!^_^ woohoo...i have nothing except praises for the camp..its my 1st time taking part in a camp..and to make it even special..i was part of the programmer team for the camp...i had lots of fun..gain lots of experience and met lots of fun people...whom i enjoyed their company...even though it is really quite tiring in order to last the whole camp..wahaha...So i will just update something that happen during the camp..=D
Friday- So went for attachment as usual at chinatown...and at there, me and glenn both suffered from flu..LOL..was not a good sign for the camp...carrying a flu...so during lunch went to buy a box of panadol..glenn ate 2 and i took 4 panadols after it seems that 2 does nt work for me..haha...then we worked till 6pm and me,glenn and ch rushed back to school..we took the mrt to bedok before we took a cab to school..reach there at ard 7pm...will considered late...cuz the games were preparing to start...we immediately change to our black shirts and rush to our respective stations to prepare..i was assigned to beany mask...so i went to design lvl to look for my partner..whom i never met b4..wahaha..lucky i found him there..he is a nice guy...named..JinXuan..it is nice to work with him..we chatted about school,NS,my attachment..share some jokes too..wahaha..he share his camp experience with me too..he is really into camp since he was from sec sch..haha..unlike me...join for the 1st time...then soon 2 empires came and play the game there...it was fun to see the empire work tgt as a team...cheering each other on...great job guys! ^_^ after the 2 empires went off...me and jinxuan was bored to the max sia...we waited there for more than 1 hr for the next empire to come..wahaha..we walk ard over there..lie down on the floor and watch stars tgt..imagine how bored we are..to make matters worse..we both haven eat our dinner and the some ppl at design school were having a bbq session over there..LOL..actually most programmers did nt have their dinner..so all were hungry..LOL...so finally the last 2 empires came to our station at ard 12plus AM....then we packed up and return the tables to the logistics room..haha..on our way there,we met audrey and she say the last empire is gg for the nite walk liao,..if we want scare ppl,we need to go in now...haha..so in the end,me and jinxuan went in...scare ppl at the nite walk..quite fun and dark sia..haha...the nite lasted till 3plus in the morning..ch left 1st as he was nt feeling well..so he went home...then i follow jin xuan and his clique to eat our dinner which is roti prata at 3am...after that all the prgrammers help to clear up the room and stuff till 4plus...bathe and slept at 5am...haha..i didnt slept much...and woke up at 7plus...haha...soon everyone was awake at8am..all look so tired..with less than 3 hrs of sleep...i look pale too..haha
Saturday- Day 2 of camp...so once i was awake...soon joel wake up too..went to wash up all these...then sms ch asking whether he coming back anot..and yea..he came back to help up..haha..he felt better too...haha...and yea..as i was having a slight flu and nt feeling very well...joel change my place from the games..instead of running with the participants to every stations..aloy will take my place to run..while i took his place at helping up at station V+R and fountain game...really thx him for taking my place...^_^ So in charge of V+R is chien Ying and me...we went to set up the station..and try out the game there..it was really really quite hard to play lor...lifting the bottle up with rafia strings..u will have to wrk tgt with ur partner in order to lift and drop the bottle at the other end...for the 1st 2 hrs,no empire came as we were the last staion of all the games...so we just slack there..and she slept for awhile..haha..really really tired....then ard 12plus, 3 empires came...really like the style they wrk with their team mates to complete the game...cheers for them! =D then we all went to have lunch...before rushing to prepare for the final clash...i was pair with nash..at the fountain where teams will have to get down in the fountain carrying one of their team mate to the other end...and i will give them 2 slices of bread which they cannot drop in the water..wahaha..they were really fast and good at this game..LOL..after all the empires came..me and nash packed up and went to the last station where the empire will have to finish up cup noodles with extra chilli..it look really hot and spicy..LOL...after that we had debrief and left school at 5pm...^_^
Overall...this camp has been really fun and enjoyable..the people i met there..were really fun and nice to work with....i was nervous as its my first time...but they guide me along..and i learn alot during the time spent there...its quality time spent there...friends i met there..those whom i pair up with and those whom are involved in thr programmer team..programmer team ROCKS MAN!! hope we will be able to meet up in school someday...^_^
